All these questions about your market need to be analyzed before you launch yourself in a quest to market your products and services. A well formed and analyzed strategy need to be developed in order to provoke the right response.  Social media marketing is all about communication.  Joining the conversation, instead of telling people. The old fashion marketing was about getting into people's faces and "interrupting" what ever they were doing, watching their favorite TV show perhaps?   Zap came an Ad and suddenly interrupted the best part of the story.  Some were subtle, some were plainly annoying.

The new age of social media marketing is about conducting conversations with people in different on-line venues: social media sites, communities, on-line groups, etc. and identify with the topics other people are talking about.  It is not about a monologue anymore. Social media marketing is about interactions. Creating connections, and building relationships through the use of technology.

Amazing new concept! Social media marketing is not a fad, it is simply the evolution of marketing to incorporate the use of technology and the need of people to communicate and relate to one another.  It's the avenue through which we find new friends, new clients, new business!
