Yoemy B Waller is the President and Owner of YBW Marketing Intl Group, a consulting firm that provides a wide range of consulting services to individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations, but her passion is small business owners with a entrepreneurial spirit. She consults regularly with executives and small business owners from a variety of fields to help create creative solutions to world-impacting problems. In addition to her current ventures, she is a born entrepreneur, running several projects concurrently; she also served as Managing Director of AdmarkPro Consulting.   Yoemy is the founder of a non-profit organization YBWM Ministries, Inc. that ministers to Youth, Businesses, Women and Men.

Yoemy is originally from Panama, former Marketing Manager for the Panama Canal and an extensive and avid world traveler. She speaks 4 languages: English, Spanish, Italian and a little Japanese; helping clients in their own native language.  With 2 master degrees: MS in marketing, and MBA with emphasis in international trade, logistics and transportation; a valedictorian Bachelors in administration, marketing and advertising, she devotes her time helping businesses and people achieve their dreams.  She enjoys being a fundamental transformational agent and motivator helping people discover their inner greatness, find meaning and become successful.  Yoemy has high energy, and is inner-driven and others-oriented.

Her widespread background and expertise in different fields and industries fueled by her fervent reading habits, take her consulting abilities to an advanced level incorporating synergies with a comprehensive approach of 20+ year’s experience. Skillful at full business cycle from planning to execution paired with her excellent interpersonal skills and the passion for what she does using systematic approaches and analyses, evaluating problems; developing strategic solutions, reviewing feasibility studies to achieving reduced-cost project completions and affordable services to small businesses, demonstrates she is a hands-on-leader that originates creative solutions and boost morale and people’s spirits’.  Her acclaimed public speaking expertise is only matched by her state-of-the-art multimedia presentations.

Yoemy has been honored with awards, medals and recognitions around the world for her notable achievements in business, philanthropic activities and public speaking.  She has internationally published several articles in technical magazines and newspapers and is currently researching and working on her book: “Small Beginnings, Big Success; How to Make a Difference in This World”. She has also served as faculty member at a private University in Panama for 7 years, where she taught international marketing and global trade.

She is the Vice President of the Parrish Council of Resurrection Catholic Church and former Co-President of HOPE, The Hillsborough Organization for Progress and Equality, a social justice Ministry; The Boys and Girls Club, and has previously assisted the Red Cross and the  Eckerd Foundation with their Eckerd Youth Alternatives; the Department of Employment Services in Washington DC; TDNT Intl Inc.; previously she also acted as Secretary General for the Panama Canal Advisory Board.

Yoemy is respected as a  dynamic marketing consultant, philanthropist, business developer, trouble-shooter, creative and insightful analyst; and a talented visual artist; she thrives under challenge of planning and managing mission-critical and demanding world-impacting endeavors.
